“Advermob”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AFFMATIC MEDIA S.R.L. We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”) and applicable Romanian law.
2. Data we collect
Information you send us
The Website has no contact forms or user accounts. If you write to us by email, we receive the information you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company name, job title and any details about your business, products, campaigns or budgets.
Technical data
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider automatically records standard server log data, such as your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages requested and the date and time of access.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your enquiries and preparing proposals: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in communicating with business contacts (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- Providing our services and managing the business relationship: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Operating, securing and improving the Website: our legitimate interest in a secure and functional website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations, such as accounting and tax requirements (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you.
4. Cookies
The Website does not use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Fonts and other assets are served from our own server, so no third-party requests are made when you browse the Website. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.
5. Sharing your data
We share personal data only where necessary, with:
- service providers acting on our behalf, such as hosting (DigitalOcean) and email providers, bound by data processing agreements;
- professional advisers, such as accountants and lawyers, under confidentiality obligations;

Server logs are kept for a limited period, normally not exceeding 90 days, unless needed to investigate a security incident.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) (www.dataprotection.ro), or with the authority in your country of residence.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
